MISSING FOREIGN NATIONAL TRACED BY SI ANUJ SHARMA

On 15 July 2016, one Ms. Gudja Pillai, a German National arrived at IGI airport but disappeared there after and did not reach at her destination at Pahar Ganj, Delhi.  Finding her mobile phone getting switch off, Ms. Veena Pillai  the daughter of the missing lady reported the matter to the Foreigners Helpline which was transferred to Police Station IGI Airport for necessary action.  The information was entrusted upon SI Anuj Sharma for taking immediate necessary action.  On receipt of information SI Anuj Sharma spoke to the complainant and got the particulars of her mother and details of her journey.



There after SI Anuj Sharma collected the details of the missing lady Ms. Gudja Pillai from the Bureau of immigration and the concerned Airlines.  On confirmation of her arrival, the CCTV footage was checked to trail the place of disappearance of missing lady.

Simultaneously, the record of prepaid booths was also checked and the details of the taxi driver who picked up the lady was obtained. The taxi driver was examined who led the enquiry officer SI Anuj Sharma to the place in Pahar Ganj where he dropped the lady. SI Anuj Sharma remained in constant touch with the daughter of the missing lady and apprised her of the latest developments. Finally the efforts put up by SI Anuj Sharma yielded results and Ms. Gudja Pillai was located who reached safely  at her destination  at Manali.
 

Ms. Veena Pillai, the complainant got impressed with the professional, fast-paced and astute handling of the case by SI Anuj Sharma.  The lady has expressed her gratitude to Delhi Police and appreciated the efforts put up by SI Anuj Sharma by way of showing high sense of professionalism in performing his duties. SI Anuj Sharma has been rewarded Rs. 10,000/- cash for his exemplary conduct.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
