MOST WANTED CRIMINAL OF SOUTH WEST DISTRICT ARRESTED

Ø    PO IN CASE FIR No. 434/15 U/S 302/34 IPC & 25/27 ARMS ACT, PS CHHAWLA.

          Crime Branch has arrested a dreaded and desperate criminal Sudhir @ Monu @ Mundra (30 yrs) s/o Sant Kumar r/o Mundhela Khurd, Delhi, wanted in two sensational cases of murder and one case of attempt to murder. He was arrested U/s 41.1 (ba) & (c) Cr.P.C. from Indore, MP, where he was hiding to evade arrest.
 INFORMATION, TEAM AND OPERATION:­ -
For apprehension of parole/bail jumpees, extortionists, wanted and rewarded criminals of sensational & heinous cases, a team of officers of Special Team led by ACP Jitender Singh consisting of Inspr. Puran Pant, SIs Ajit Singh, Sanjay Kumar, ASIs Surender, Shayam Lal & Bahadur Sharma, HCs Parveen, Satish, Narender, Bijender, Virender Kumar & Anil, Cts Raman, Sonu, Anil, Parminder, and Rajiv Raghav, was constituted under the close supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh to make all possible efforts to locate their hideouts and to apprehend them.
The team so constituted, while working on such criminals, started tracking a desperate and dreaded criminal Sudhir @ Monu @ Mundra, who is wanted in two sensational murder cases of PS Chhawla and Baba Haridas Nagar and one case of attempt to murder of PS Jaffarpur Kalan, Delhi. For his apprehension, number of suspected hideouts in Delhi, UP West, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana were raided and on some of the occasions he narrowly escaped. However, police officials kept on tracking his movements regularly.
 On 17.07.16, a specific information was received by SI Ajit Singh that Sudhir @ Monu @ Mundra alongwith his associates namely Sunil @ Tinu Chhara and Mohit Katariya are hiding somewhere in Indore, MP for the last 4-5 days, who are planning to shift to some other place for a safe hideout.
On this information, the team immediately swung into action and raided at Flat No. B-101, Nariman Point Apartment, Indore, MP and apprehended Sudhir @ Monu @ Mundra. After interrogation, he was arrested u/s 41.1 (ba) & (c) Cr.P.C. and was produced before the Court concerned in Delhi. One sophisticated automatic pistol of .30 bore used in committing murders with two live cartridges were also recovered at his instance.
On interrogation, he confessed that to take revenge they had brutally murdered one Pradeep @ Monu with multiple gun shots in broad day light just to prove their supremacy in the area.
He further disclosed that in the month of October, 2015, a road rage took place between Deepu (who is brother of his associate Mohit Kataria) and one Jangad of Najafgarh, Delhi. In the said matter, one body builder Pawan Sharma @ Kala came to the house of Deepu and reprimanded him. On this, he and Mohit Kataria shot-dead Pawan Sharma near CRPF camp.
He further disclosed that in March, 2016, he alongwith his associates went to Kair Village Toll Gate and indiscriminately fired at the staff detailed to collect toll tax as commercial vehicles of his known and relatives were not allowed to pass through the Gate without paying tax. This act was also committed with intent to prove their supremacy in the area.
He further told that they had formed their own group of goons and had planned to establish themselves as high goons like Manjit Mahal and Vikas Lagarpuria.

3.    FIR No. 46/16 dated 11.03.16 u/s 307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act P.S  Jaffarpur Kalan,  Delhi.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
