CASE OF MURDER SOLVED, ACCUSED ARRESTED

With the arrest of accused namely Vishnu Subedi s/o Tilakram Subedi r/o Shop no. 29/30, Ist floor, New Janta Market, Pashchim Puri Chowk, Club Road, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, the staff of the Police Station Moti Nagar has solved a case of murder vide FIR No. 378/16 dated 17/07/16 u/s 302 IPC P.S Moti Nagar.  


 Vishnu Subedi s/o Tilakram Subedi r/o Shop no 29/30, Ist floor, New Janta Market, Pashchim Puri Chowk, Club Road, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi & Permanent resident of  Village Gulmi Digam, Ward no 8, Post office Peepal Neta Achal Lumbini, District Gulmi, West Nepal age- 33 years. Earlier he works as a labour in fast food centre and at present he is  unemployed.

INFORMATION AND OPERATION
                  It is submitted that a case vide FIR No. 378/16 dated 17/07/16 u/s 302 I.P.C mentioned case was registered on the statement of Kamal Parsad Panth s/o Vati Durga Parsad r/o Village Gulmi Digam, Ward no 8, Post office Peepal Neta Achal Lumbini, District Gulmi, West Nepal Current address: House no. 100B, Gali no 37 Sai kuti, Rajapuri, Madhu vihar, Delhi. Age 40 yrs. On 16/07/16 complainant Kamal Parsad Pant visited WZ-161 1st floor, Basai Darapur to meet his brother (Deceased) Rishi Ram Panth, whose phone was running switch off for past two three days and no communication was also made from him either to him or his family members residing in Nepal. When the complainant reached at his brother’s rented room at Basai Darapur, the same was found locked from outside and pungent smell was coming from inside. Sensing some foul play he made a SOS call on police control room 100. local police along with senior officers arrived at the spot and crime team was also called in. After taking of the photographs by Crime team lock was broken and from the inside a decomposed dead body of deceased Rishi Ram Panth was found inside the room. Complainant identified it as a Rishi Ram Panth, his younger brother, who worked as a supervisor in Deeps Fast Food joint in Netaji Subash Palace for past 8 years.

                Immediately in the leadership of Sh HSP Singh ACP Rajouri Garden and supervision of Sh. Hemant Kumar Sho Moti Nagar a team consisting of Insp. ShyoRam  SI Yograj SI Vikas HC Ombir HC Amrit  was constituted  Moti Nagar and investigation was taken up. Primarily no concrete evidence could be surfaced out.  relative, friends, landlords and neighbours were examined. During the course of the investigation it has been learnt that one of the friend of deceased namely Vishnu Subedi s/o Tilakram Subedi r/o shop no 29/30, Ist floor, New Janta Market, Pashchim Puri Chowk, Club Road, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, age- 33 years was missing from house from where he was staying and he is the person who was last seen with the deceased at Netaji Subash Place, where deceased was working on dated 14/07/16. An information was developed that Vishnu was somewhere around the area of Siliguri and New Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. Immediately a team was sent to West Bengal but Vishnu was not found there. on 21/07/16 on an secret inforamtiona  Vishnu Subedi was arrested near T-point of Punjabi Bagh flyover . On interrogation, accused Vishnu Subedi revealed that at present he is unemployed and know the deceased since both of them are known to each other as they are the resident of same village in Nepal. On dated 14/07/16 he had visited the deceased Rishi at his work place in Netaji Subash Place. Thereafter both of them went to the rented room of deceased Rishi in Basai Darapur and consumed the alcohol till late hours. During the same deceased taunted the accused Vishnu to let him make friendship with his girlfriend and to take her to the bed. To which the accused replied angrily and alerted the deceased Rishi to mind the words but he kept on repeating the same that he is ready to pay him handsome, if he let him do. Thereafter both of them entered into the arguments and after some time accused took a knife and silted the throat of deceased Rishi and fled from the spot with the cash 20000, mobile phone of deceased and knife after locking the door from the outside. Accused further disclosed that after committing the crime next day he went to Siliguri Area in West Bengal by boarding the train Brahmputra Mail from New Delhi Railway Station to New Jal Pai Guri. When he learnt that police team is after him then he decided to run away in Nepal after collecting his belongings from his rented house in Delhi.  Weapon of the offence i.e Knife and the key of the lock have been recovered on accused instance.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
