KIDNAPPED MINOR CHILD AGED 2 ½ YEARS RECOVERED

  • ACCUSED ARRESTED WHO IS A PROTEAN (BEHRUPIA)
With the arrest of one Rakesh @ Ajay @ Ichcha @ Falak aged 20 years s/o Mool Chand r/o Trilok Puri, Delhi, the staff of Police Station Pahar Ganj, Central District has solved a kidnapping case in which a girl child aged 2 ½ years was kidnapped on 02.01.17 from the area of Pahar Ganj.  
INCIDENT
One Smt. Rukhsana w/o Sonu r/o Dariba Pan, Pahar Ganj, Delhi reported that one Protean (Behrupia) namely Ichcha @ Ajay used to come to her house for last 2-3 years. On 02.01.17, he took out her daughter aged 2 ½ years on the pretext of giving some eatables but did not come back. Subsequently, a case of kidnapping was registered at PS Pahar Ganj and investigation was taken up.
TEAM & INVESTIGATION
Since it was a sensational case involving kidnapping of a minor child, a team comprising SI Devender, HC Jitender Malik, Ct. Monit, Ct. Anant, Ct. Sandeep was formed under the supervision of Inspr. I.K. Jha SHO/Pahar Ganj.
Alleged Ichcha @ Ajay used to visit complainant’s house in different appearance. However, her family was not aware of residential address or contact number of Ichcha @ Ajay. However, it was revealed that he was seen with Eunuchs of the area. During investigation, local Eunuchs were contacted to have a lead about the alleged person during which his photograph was obtained which was also identified by the complainant. It was also revealed that he was residing somewhere in the area of Trilok Puri. Subsequently, the police team was sent there and local intelligence was collected from Eunuchs of that area who gave his address. Thereafter, a raid was conducted at his house from where Ichcha @ Ajay was arrested and kidnapped child was also rescued safely from the house.

INTERROGATION
During interrogation, accused Ichcha @ Ajay disclosed that he is fond of showing different appearances among people. He used to visit the house of complainant and like her child. On the day of incident, he took out the child from complainant’s house and kept her in the house of her aunt at Trilok Puri, Delhi.

Further investigation is in progress to explore the motive of accused behind kidnapping of the girl child.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
