DESPERATE GANG OF ROBBERS LEAD BY FEMALE KINGPIN INVOLVED IN SERIES OF NIGHT ROBBERIES IN TSR AUTO BUSTED

FOUR ROBBERS INCLUDING TWO WOMEN ARRESTED, ROBBED ARTICLES RECOVERED
          Special Staff of East District along with local police of PS Mayur Vihar has busted a gang of robbers wanted in sensational cases of night robberies in auto, recently reported in East District, Delhi.
            A number of sensational cases of night robberies were solved with the arrest of these robbers. The names of the arrested persons are:
  1. One Female KINGPIN.
  2. One Female R/oTrilok Puri, Delhi.
  3. Imraan @ Wassi s/o Javed Khan R/o 20 Block, Trilok Puri , Delhi.
  4. Sanjay @ Gabbar S/o Ram Kishor R/o E-36A/372, Ambedkar Camp, Block 32&33, Trilok Puri, Delhi.
INVESTIGATION, ARREST & INTERROGATION
          Night robberies in auto created panic in the area and robberies incidents were highlighted in Media. Hence to solve the cases, several teams were formed. To solve the cases of sensational night robberies in auto, the Special Staff of East District was also assigned the task to nab the gang involved behind these incidents. In view of the increasing cases of robberies, the teams under the leadership of Insp. Vinay Yadav I/C Spl. Staff/East, Insp. Deepak Kumar SHO/Mayur Vihar, SIs K.K. Sharma, Arun Sindhu, Anuj, ASIs Manoj, Bakshish, HCs Shyam Singh, Ravinder Bhati, Sunil, Saleem and Ct. Sanjay under the close supervision of Sh. Y.K. Tyagi, ACP/Operation and Sh. Ankit Singh ACP/ Mayur Vihar were constituted and investigation was taken up.
During the course of investigation, the teams tried to develop various information regarding gangs of similar modus operandi. Painstaking efforts were made by the special staff and the criminal intelligence system/information was activated. CCTV footages were collected and were discreetly seen. Clues from CCTV footages were developed. Technical surveillance was also mounted on suspects.                  
During the course of investigation, a secret information was received to SI Arun Sindhu on 22/01/2017 that the Gang Members are present in the area of Trilokpuri, Delhi. Immediately, raid was conducted and four accused persons including two women were apprehended. All of them confessed their involvement behind these robberies and were arrested in the said case. Robbed Articles have also been recovered along with two autos used in commission of the crime.


MODUS OPERANDI :-            

The female, who has established herself as the KINGPIN, used to take her accomplishes in a TSR Auto, while one of them used to drive TRS Auto and the other to set on the passenger seats at the back of the auto. They used to offer lift to unexpecting pedestrians and make them sit in middle seat. After taking the TSR Auto to scheduled spot i.e. local area of PS Mayur Vihar, they used to rob the passengers and throw them out of TSR Auto.
RECOVERIES:
  1. Robbed Articles.
  2. Two TSR Autos used in the committing of crime.

  1. Female KINGPIN R/o Trilok Puri, Delhi.  
  2. One Female R/o Trilok Puri, Delhi.
  3. Imraan @ Wssi S/o Sh. Javed Khan R/o 20 Block, Trilok Puri, Delhi. Age – 25 yrs, unmarried and is a TSR Auto driver by profession.
  4. Sanjay @ Gabbar S/o Sh. Ram Kishor R/o E-36A/372 Ambedkar Camp, Block 32&33, Trilok Puri, Delhi. Age – 32 yrs, married and is a TSR Auto driver by profession.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
