SENSATIONAL CASE OF MURDER WORKED OUT, THREE ACCUSED

PERSONS ARRESTED & TWO MINORS APPREHENDED BY STAFF OF P.S. MANGOL PURI, OUTER DISTRICT
FIR No. 557/17 u/s 302/34 IPC P.S. Mangol Puri
The Staff of P.S. Mangol Puri, Outer District, Delhi has arrested three accused persons & apprehended two minors. With this the sensational case of murder of a 24 years old man has been worked out. Two knives used for committing crime has been recovered.
INCIDENT:
On the intervening night of 09-10/04/17, a call was received regarding an injured person in Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, Mangolpuri in P.S. Mangol Puri. The injured person namely Raju @ Golgappa S/o Radhey Shyam R/o I-493, Mangol Puri aged 24yrs got admitted by his father & brother in SGM Hospital in a serious condition with multiple stabbed wounds on his body. Raju @ Golgappa succumbed to injuries and the doctor declared him dead after about two hours during the treatment. Raju @ Golgappa had more than a dozen stabbed wounds on his body. Eyewitness Umesh, brother of deceased stated that Raju @ Golgappa used to sell chat and golgappas at Pathar Market, Mangolpuri with his father Radhey Shyam. On 10/4/17, at about 00.30 hours, Raju and his father closed their rehris and were returning home with their respective rehris. When Raju @ Golgappa reached in I-Block, six persons:-

  3. Beenu @ Nikhil @ Battery,
  4. Arvind @ Paltan
  5. two minors

stopped him and asked him to serve golgappas. Raju told them that he did not have golgappas to serve them. Raju refusal to serve them golgappas infuriated all above persons and they began assaulting him. Alleged persons took out knives and stabbed him multiple times till he collapsed on the road. In the mean time, hearing the Raju’s screams, his family members and neighbours rushed but the attackers fled from the spot. Raju @ Golgappa taken to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital Mangolpuri by his father & brother where he succumbed to his injuries. A case vide FIR No. 557/17 u/s 302/34 IPC was registered at P.S. MangolPuri and investigation was taken up by Inspector Arvind Kumar, SHO, PS Mangolpuri.
INVESTIGATION & ARREST:
For the purpose of investigation of the case a raiding party led by Inspr. Arvind Kumar, SHO/Mangol Puri along with SI Kailash, ASI Rajbir Singh, ASI Gurmail Singh, Ct. Amit, Ct. Hanuman and Ct. Sunil was constituted under the overall supervision of Sh. Darade Sharad Bhaskar, ACP/Sultan Puri.

On 11/4/17, at about 4 am, on the basis of a secret information, Vikky @ Goggy, Anil @ Maila, Beenu @ Nikhil @ Battery and two minors were apprehended from a park in Avantika, Sector -1, Rohini, Delhi. The accused persons Vikky @ Goggy, Anil @ Maila, Beenu @ Nikhil @ Battery were arrested and subjected to sustained interrogation. On the basis of disclosure statement and pointing out of Vikky @ Goggy, one blood-stained knife, used in the commission of this murder, was also recovered.

INTERROGATION & MODUS OPRENDI:
Accused persons disclosed that Vikky @ Goggy and Arvind @ Paltan used knives for stabbing the deceased Raju @ Golgappa. Accused persons Vikky @ Goggy, Anil @ Maila, Arvind @ Paltan, Beenu @ Battery and one minor had also consumed alcohol. They saw Raju @ Golgappa returning with his rehri of golgappas and chat. They asked him to serve golgappas to them. When Raju @ Golgappa refused, they got infuriated and then brutally stabbed him resulting into his death.

He is previous involved in 6 cases of theft. He drives a commercial vehicle owned by his father for living. He is unmarried.
  1. Anil @ Maila s/o Gyan Dass r/o I-719, Mangolpuri, Delhi, aged 28 Years.
He is a BC of PS Mangolpuri and involved in more than 15 cases of theft etc. He also beat dhol in the functions.

  1. Beenu @ Battery @ Nikhil s/o Sanjay Raj r/o I-977-78, Mangolpuri, Delhi aged 22 years. He is studying in BA (IInd yr.). His father works in a Shoe factory in Agra (UP)
