MAIN DRUG SUPPLIER/PEDDLER OF SEEMAPURI ARRESTED

  • 301 GRAMS OF HEROIN WORTH APPROX. 10 LACS RECOVERED.


 TEAM & INCIDENT
On 15/04/17 at about 6 pm, an information was received that a person Sonu (main drug supplier in Seemapuri) would come near Shamshan Ghat, Old Seema Puri to supply the heroin to some of his agents. This information was immediately shared with senior officers and a team led by Sh. Hareshwar V. Swami, ACP/Seema Puri comprising of Insp Sanjeev Kumar, SHO/Seema Puri, SI Rahul Sagar, SI Gaurav Choudhary, Ct. Mohit & Ct. Prince was constituted. The team laid a trap near Shamshan Ghat, Old Seema Puri and apprehended Sonu S/o Rahees Shamsuddin R/o E-43/509, New Seema Puri, Delhi aged 30 years and 301 gms of heroin was recovered from his possession. A case vide FIR No. 248/17 U/S 21 NDPS act was registered at P.S. Seema Puri, Delhi.
INTERROGATION
During interrogation arrested accused Sonu disclosed that he along with his associates operates a gang of supplying drugs. He used to purchase Smack/heroin from Loni Ghaziabad, UP and further sells it to juveniles in form of small packets , investigation of the case is in progress.
It is important to tell that a drive against drug peddlers was initiated in the area of P.S. Seema Puri by Sh. Hareshwar V. Swami, ACP/Seema Puri under supervision of DCP/Shahdara. The first arrest in this took place on 11.02.17 of accused Munna. Accused Munna was arrested when he was going to sell heroine, which was recovered from his possession. Recovered heroine weighed 273.45 gms. A case vide FIR No. 69/17 U/s 21/29 NDPS Act, PS-Seemapuri was registered in the matter. During investigation it was revealed that these drug peddlers used to sell drugs to children and in the case such 4 minor children were rescued. During interrogation accused Munna disclosed about the network of active drug peddlers in the area. During the drive accused Shaheed Fatti was arrested from whom smack weighing 290 gms was recovered. He used to also sell drugs to children. Two such minor children were recovered. Regarding this a case vide FIR No. 84/17 U/s 21/29 NDPS Act & 77 JJ Act, PS-Seemapuri was registered. Further in this case co-accused persons and were arrested.
Further in the above two cases, 7 other accused persons namely 1) Javed S/o Irfan, 2) Salman S/o Md. Atik, 3) Vinay S/o Jagdish, 4) Jhangir @ Kana and 5) Sonu S/o Rahees Samsudsin, 6) Salasudin @ Chaudhary and 7) Sarafat S/o Shaukat were arrested.
At the time of arrest heroine weighing 301 gms was recovered from accused Sonu regarding which a case vide FIR No. 248/17 U/s 21 NDPS Act, PS-Seemapuri was registered. 82 Sulochan tubes were recovered from the accused Jahangir regarding which a separate case vide FIR No. 176/17 u/s 21/29 NDPS Act & 77 JJ Act, PS-Seemapuri was registered.
Till date total 9 persons of the gang namely Sonu, Munna, Salman, Vinay, Javed, Shahid @ Fattti, Sharafat, Salauddin @ Choudhary, Jahangir @ Kana have been arrested and total 864.45 gms of Heroin has been recovered. During the drive till date total 24 young drug addict persons (including 6 minor children) were rescued.

  1. 301 grams of Heroin worth approx. Rs. 10 lacs.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-.
