“Murder case accused /Proclaimed offender carrying a reward of Rs. 25000/- arrested by STF Team of Crime Branch”

INTRODUCTION:-  The team of STF Crime Branch Sunlight Colony has arrested one wanted/ rewarded accused namely Narayan @ Krishna, S/o. Kundu Swami, R/o.  Wazirpur, Delhi age 23 Years, carrying a reward of Rs 25000/- and he was a Proclaimed offender, “wanted in a heinous murder case FIR No 326/16, dated 08.07.2016 u/s 302/307/452/147/148/149/34/174A IPC, PS Bharat Nagar, Distt. North West, Delhi”.

  1. INFORMATION, OPERATION  AND ARREST:  On 08.07.2016 complainant R/o. JJ colony, Wazirpur, Delhi reported that she was at her home along with her son , Daughter, son-in-law and others. At around 10 PM in the night, one of his relative namely Kundu Swami, his son Krishna, Rahul and 8/9 other persons came to her house carrying knives and sticks in their hand. They all forcibly entered her house and started beating her and the family members. They all sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital but her son namely Sharvan aged 24 years succumbed to the injuries. Later on, during the investigation the main accused namely Narayan @ Krishna, S/o. Kundu Swami and his father were evading their arrest. Both were declared as Proclaimed offenders by the Hon’ble Court.  A reward of Rs 25000/- was declared on the arrest of these accused persons vide order No. 42422/HAG Br/ (G-2)/ NWD, dated 08.07.2017.
            On the receipt of the orders regarding declaration of reward of Rs. 25000/- on the arrest of accused Narayan @ Krishna S/o. Kundu Swami, a team of officers of Crime Branch was constituted under the close supervision of DCP, Crime Branch, Dr. G. Ramgopal Naik led by Sh. Pankaj Singh ACP STF Crime Branch and comprising of  Insp Jatan Singh, SI Sunil Kumar, HC Rohit Solanki, HC Virender Baliyan, HC Sanjiv Tomar, Ct. Ravinder, Ct. Ramavtar and Ct. Ashish. The team visited the place of occurrence, met the complainant, and made enquiries in the locality of accused persons. Working on the available clues, the team visited several places in Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan.

             The team put all the available leads and movements of accused together and made several raids at different places. On 21.11.2017, the team received some positive information regarding the whereabouts of the above mentioned accused, so a raid was planned and the team was rushed to Nala Pusta Road, Near Bhalaswa Landfill, GT Karnal Road By Pass. The team spotted the said accused near the road who started running away on getting suspicious. The police team chased him and succeeded in the arrest of accused Narayan @ Krishna, S/o. Kundu Swami, R/o. JJ Colony, Wazirpur, Delhi u/s 41.1 A Cr.P.C. as per the law and procedure.   On preliminary interrogation, the arrested accused revealed that he ran away with his father just after that incident. They both have been hiding since then in different parts of UP, Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab. They started dealing in cattle trading in UP, Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab. They did not at any one place but kept on changing their location.

     Further investigation is in progress and efforts are being made to trace out the other wanted/rewarded criminal in this case.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
