A CASE OF SENSATIONAL MURDER WORKED OUT

  • DECEASED WAS ON BAIL IN A MURDER CASE.
  • MOTIVE WAS TO TAKE REVENGE OF MURDER OF FRIEND.
  • TWO PERSONS ARRESTED.
BRIEF FACTS:-
On 11.11.17, a PCR call was  received that body of a young boy was lying in Gali in front of H. No. 138, Sarai Pipal Thala, Delhi. The call was marked to I/C PP N. S. Mandi, SI Sandeep Kumar who reached the spot and found the body of a young boy, aged 20/21 years, lying in a pool of blood. The deceased was identified as Vishal @ Ganja s/o Rajender Singh r/o H No. 88, Sarai Pipal Thala, Delhi. No eye witness was found at the spot. A case vide FIR No. 401/17, dated 11.11.2017 U/S 302 IPC P.S. Mahendra Park, Delhi was registered and investigation was taken up.                                                          
TEAM AND INVESTIGATION:-
        A team of police personnel of PS Mahendra Park was formed under the supervision of Sh. Utkrisht Prasoon, IPS, ACP/Shalimar Bagh headed by Inspector Virender Kadyan, SHO/M.Park comprising of Inspector Mukesh Kumar (Bravo/M. Park), SI Sandeep Kumar (I/C PP N. S. Mandi) HC Anil, Ct. Ajeet, Ct. Naval and Ct. Pardeep.
During course of investigation, Post mortem of the deceased was got conducted in which it was revealed that the deceased sustained three gunshot injuries causing his death. Local enquiry was made and it was found that on the intervening night of 10/11- 11-2017, two persons namely Ravinder and Sonu chased and attacked the deceased  with firearm. Ravinder wanted to take revenge of the murder of his friend Sanjay @ Pahalwan, who was killed in 2015 by Vishal. The footage of CCTV cameras of nearby places were checked and father of the deceased had identified both the accused persons.
On a secret information, both the accused persons namely Ravinder s/o Amarpal r/o N-39/D-305, Village Bharoula, Delhi. Age-25 years and Raju @ Sonu s/o Suraj Parshad r/o N-39/D-309, Village Bharoula, Delhi. Age- 28 years have been arrested from ISBT, Kashmiri Gate, Delhi when the duo returned from Haridwar, where accused Ravinder got his hair cut and left them in Ganga river as he had vowed to take revenge of the murder of his friend Sanjay @ Pahalwan.  
NAMES AND PROFILE OF ACCUSED:-
1. Ravinder s/o Amarpal r/o N-39/D-305, Village Bharoula, Delhi. Age-25 years. – He assists his father in the business of selling blankets and he is a school dropout. He is previously involved in attempt to murder case & Arms act cases.
2. Raju @ Sonu s/o Suraj Parshad r/o N-39/D-309, Village Bharoula, Delhi. Age- 28 years. He is a close friend of Ravinder.
Recovery :-

        1. One country made semi-automatic pistol along with two live cartridges recovered from accused Ravinder s/o Amarpal r/o N-39/D-305, Village Bharoula, Delhi.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
