BLIND MURDER CASE OF A STUDENT SOLVED, TWO ROBBER CUM MURDERER ARRESTED

With the arrest of two robbers cum murderers namely (1) Shadab @ Bablu R/O North Ghonda, Delhi, age-20yrs (2) Vivek Mishra R/o Ghonda, Delhi, age-20yrs; ‘Anti snatching & Robbery cell’/North East District  has done excellent work and Worked out a blind murder case of a student namely Lokender aged 20 yrs. Weapon of offence 01 country made pistol, 02 live cartridges, 01 stolen M/cycle and 06 robbed & snatched mobile phones and 01 robbed laptop of deceased recovered from their possession.
INFORMATION & TEAM
In the intervening night of 16/17.11.17, a young boy namely Lokender found dead at 5th pusta, New Usmanpur having gunshot injury on his chest and his belongings were found missing. The deceased was preparing for CGL competitive examination. He came from Baha, Agra in the intervening night of 16/17.11.2017. Keeping in view of this incident a team of dedicated staff consisting of ASI Jasbir 2139/NE, HC Anil 73/NE, HC Sunil 175/NE, Ct Sarwan 1911/NE, Ct Irfan Ahmed 1573/NE, Ct Mohit Malik 915/NE, Ct Sudhir 3201/NE, Ct Sameer 2640/NE under the leadership of Insp. Aishvir Singh, Insp Anti Snatching and Robbery Cell/North East district and close supervision of Sh. Gajender Kumar ACP/Operations/ North East District, overall supervision of Sh. R.P Meena, Addl. DCP-I/NED was formed. Team worked relentlesly, deputed sources and collected the information regarding criminals who robbed the persons in late night. The hard work of the team bore result while on 21.11.17 at 4 PM team received secret information that at about 05:00 PM, 02 robbers would come from Seelampur towards Jafrabad road Tent Wala School on a stolen white colour Apache m/cycle having illegal arms in their possession to commit robberies. The team laid a trap in front of Tent Wala School, Jafrabad and acted very smartly and at the instance of informer. The team apprehended two robbers after a long chase while they were trying to run away. On cursory search of both robbers namely Shadab @ Bablu & Vivek Mishra, one country made pistol along with two live cartridges, 06 snatched & robbed mobile phones, 01 stolen white Apache recovered from their possession. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 660/17, u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act & 411/34 IPC PS Jafrabad got registered.
INTERROGATION
On sustained interrogation accused Shadab @ Bablu R/O- North Ghonda, Delhi age-20 yrs and accused Vivek Mishra R/o Ghonda , Delhi age-20 yrs disclosed that they are addicted of Ganja. They have no work from last 2-3 months. They have committed many robberies and snatchings to full fill their daily needs of Ganja and other expenditure. They searched a soft target to whom they can rob. On dated 16/17.11.17 midnight, they reached on a m/cycle with his friend at 5th pusta  Bhajanpura and stopped one person on the point of fire arms & knife who was going 5th pusta towards Gamdi road near Tikona park, Bhajanpura  while the boy opposed, they shot him, robbed his belongings and ran away from the spot.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON
(1) Shadab @ Bablu R/O- North Ghonda, Delhi age-20yrs, he is studied upto 9th class. He is unmarried. He was working as a sales man on readymade garments shop at Maujpur. Since last 2-3 months he has no work and committed robberies with his associates to fulfill his daily needs.
(2) Vivek Mishra R/o Ghonda , Delhi age-20yrs, he is illiterate. He is unmarried. He was working as a salesman on readymade garments shop at Gandhi Nagar Delhi 2-3 months before. Presently, he has no work and committed robberies with his associates to fulfill his daily needs

  • Shadab @ Bablu:- He has involved in 04 MVT Cases of PS Bhajanpura, Welcome & PS Indra Puram, Ghaziabad, U.P.
  • Vivek Mishra:- He has no previous involvement , his brother Abhishek Mishra who is running in JC involved in many cases of Robberies & snatching.

  One of the associates of nabbed accused persons has been identified and dedicated teams have been deputed to nab him. Further investigation is under progress. Efforts are continued to affect more recoveries & some other facts.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
