INTERNATIONAL RUGBY PLAYER PARMEET DABAS @ BHANJA, SHARPSHOOTER OF NOTORIOUS SATYAWAN @ SONU DARYAPUR GANG ARRESTED

Special Cell has arrested another sharpshooter of Sonu Daryapur gang involved in the triple murder case in which Bhupender @ Monu, Arun and ASI Vijay (PSO of Monu) were shot dead while Ct. Kuldeep (PSO of Monu) sustained bullet injuries.
A team of Special Cell of Insp Umesh Barthwal and Insp Bhushan Azad has arrested one of the most wanted and rewarded criminal namely Parmeet @ Bhanja R/o Delhi, from Sanjay Van, Arun Asaf Ali Road, Delhi. He was carrying a reward of Rs 1 lakh on his arrest.
‘SENSATIONAL TRIPLE MURDER’:
 On 30.04.2017, one Bhupender aka Monu @ Tempo resident of village Dariyapur, Delhi was having snacks near Shoken Chowk, Bhera Enclave, Mianwali Nagar, Delhi in his Ciaz car with his friends and two PSOs.  Sonu Daryapur with his gang members including Parmeet Dabas, reached there and fired indiscriminately upon them and in the ensuing firing, Bhupender @ Monu Daryapur, his PSO ASI Vijay Kumar of Delhi Police and one Arun succumbed to multiple gunshot injuries and one Ct. Kuldeep Sharma (PSO) was severely injured. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 216/17 dt. 01.05.2017 U/s 302/307/34 IPC R/w 25/27 Arms Act, P.S. Mianwali Nagar, New Delhi was registered. 
After the gruesome triple murder owing to long running grudges of notorious criminal Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapur against Bhupinder @ Monu @ Tempo, Special Cell was tasked to track the perpetrators of crime and instill a sense of security among the public at large.
OPERATION
Working upon this sensational Triple murder case Special Cell had arrested 1.Satish, 2.Naveen Khatri, 3.Rajesh @ Rajje, 4.Sonu @ Kejriwal, 5.Sumit@ Palotra and 6.Sandeep @ Padu in this case. Satyawan @ Sonu Daryapu, Vijay Lamba and Parmeet Dabas were at large.
The team of Special Cell intensified their efforts to arrest other absconding members of this crime syndicate. On 02/08/2017 acting upon a secret information accused Parmeet Dabas was arrested near main gate, Sanjay van, Aruna Asaf Ali road, Delhi. One loaded pistol 9mm containing two live cartridges in its magazine was recovered from his possession.
Parmeet is fondly nicknamed “Bhanja” in the gang as Satyawan @ Sonu has a relative married in Vill. Kanjhawala and this is how Parmeet came in contact with criminal Sonu Daryapur & joined his gang.

INTERROGATION & PROFILE:-
Sonu @ Bhanja @ Parmeet Dabas was born Delhi in 1989. He has two sisters who are married. The financial condition of his family is normal. He has studied upto 10th class from open school and has played rugby at International level.

He has represented India in Rugby in Pakistan in 2005, in Sri Lanka in 2006 and in Uzbekistan in 2015.

Thereafter in 2007, he fell into the bad company due to his friendship with Sandeep @ Chawalia r/o Chawla and both were arrested in a murder case of Ranvir Rana r/o Kamashpur, Sonipat, by Delhi Police and remained in jail for around 3 years.  
In April, 2016, he was admitted in Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh for pancreatic surgery for which he had taken a heavy loan, which he was unable to repay. Satyawan @ Sonu is his distant relative and he used to address Sonu as Mama. Satyawan @ Sonu was a known criminal by then and was wanted by police. Parmeet discussed his financial crisis with Satyawan @ Sonu, who offered to help him if he agreed to assist Satyawan @ Sonu in the elimination of Bhupinder @ Monu @Tempo.
He agreed to join Satyawan @ Sonu in this plan and on the direction of Sonu procured six Sim cards for Sonu @ Dariyapur on fake IDs.


Parmeet had arranged a floor at Nihaal Vihar, Delhi for gang members on his ID.  They kept tracking Monu for 3/4 days prior to his murder and passed on information of Monu’s movements to Sonu. On 30.04.2017, Parmeet Dabas located Monu at Shoukeen Chowk, Peeragarhi, Delhi. He informed other gang members and Satyawan @ Sonu. He alongwith other gang members arrived at the spot and he was carrying the bag containing weapons given to him by Sonu.  All the gang members fired indiscriminately upon Bhupinder and other occupants of the Ciaz car and ran away from the spot. After this he alongwith other gang members left Delhi and lived in Himachal Pradesh, Dehradun, Haryana, Kolkata and Delhi.
