STF TEAM OF CRIME BRANCH AVERTS/ FOILS MURDER PLAN BY THE LIFE CONVICTED CRIMINAL WHO JUMPED PAROLE.

LIFE CONVICTED CRIMINAL IN DOUBLE MUDER CASE WHO JUMPED PAROLE, ARRESTED WITH ILLEGAL WEAPON, ACCUSED WAS PLANNING TO KILL HIS RIVALS WHO ATTACKED HIS BROTHER.


  1. INTRODUCTION:-
The STF team of Crime Branch has arrested one accused namely Pardeep Kumar, , R/o Distt- Jhajjar, HR, Age- 45 Years, who had jumped parole in a double murder case vide FIR No. 324/11, U/s 302/307/34 IPC, & 25/27 Arms Act, PS- Sadar, Bahadurgarh and is also wanted in two more cases of PS- Sadar Bahadurgarh in case FIR No. 100/17 and 132/17, caught along with illegal weapon and three live cartridges. Reward of Rs. 5,000/- was declared by Haryana Police on his arrest.
  1. INFORMATION, OPERATION  AND ARREST:-
        In order to prevent the crime in Delhi  & NCR, a team of STF Crime Branch comprising SI Rajeev Bamal, SI Ashok, ASI Vijay Kumar, ASI Kuldeep, ASI Tahjeeb Haider, ASI Bir Singh and HC Neeraj Dhama  under the leadership of Insp. Shriniwasan and under the close supervision of Sh. Pankaj Singh ACP/STF Crime was constituted. On 31.10.2018, ASI Kuldeep got secret information that a desperate criminal, who is a Parole Jumper in a double murder case, will came to the area of Dwarka, with intention to commit crime and is in possession of Weapon.  On this, the team laid a trap in Vill- Nasirpur, Dwarka and apprehended the accused Pardeep Kumar with loaded illegal weapon along with three live cartridges. In this regard, a case FIR No. 278/18, u/s 25 Arms Act got registered and accused arrested in the case. Accused is a Parole Jumper in a double murder case FIR No. 324/11, U/s 302/307/34 IPC, & 25/27 Arms Act, PS- Sadar, Bahadurgarh. In this case, he murdered two persons who wanted to overpower his business of dish TV (Cable) in his village. He is also wanted in two more cases i.e FIR No. 100/17, U/s 8/9 HPCG Act, PS- Sadar, Bahdurgarh and 132/17, U/s 379/427 IPC, PS- Sadar, Bahadurgarh.
  1. INTERROGATION & PROFILE OF THE ACCUSED:-

            During interrogation, the accused disclosed that he is a permanent resident of - Jhajjar (HR).   He studied up to 9th class. He is a STATE LEVEL WRESTLER. In the year of 2011, when he ran cable network in his village, some bad elements tried to overpower his business. On 02/08/11, he murdered two persons and injured one who wanted to overpower his business. On the same day Police arrested him and sent to Judicial Custody.  On 31/07/15, Hon’ble Court sentenced him for life imprisonment. On 29/12/16, he came out on Parole till 09/02/17. During his parole period, on 01/02/18, the opposite gang attacked his brother Sanay in Palam, Delhi. Hence, he jumped the parole to take revenge against the opposite gang who attacked his brother.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
