CASE OF ROBBERY COMMITTED AFTER STABBING CRACKED, POLICE MITRA PROVIDED CRUCIAL INFORMATION, 3 CCL APPREHENDED, ASSAULT WEAPON AND ROBBED MOBILE PHONE RECOVERED
With the apprehension of three CCLs, the staff of PS Anand Parbat have cracked A the blind case of robbery of PS Anand Parbat.



Incident:-
On 16-07-2018, at about 10:30 PM, a PCR Call regarding robbery and victim injured with stab injuries at Zakhira flyover was received at PS Anand Parbat. On this, the local police rushed to the spot where it was learnt that the injured has been shifted to Jeevan Mala Hospital and subsequently to RML Hospital where the complainant namely Vijay informed that he along with his relatives namely Shiv Dayal & Jaswant were coming to their house from Haridwar. When they were crossing the stairs of Zakhira flyover, four boys stopped them in the stairs and tried to rob them. As, they resisted, the alleged boys stabbed knife in the chest and abdomen of Jaswant and fled away robbing mobile phone, Gold neck Chain and purse containing Rs. 1500/-. On the statement of Vijay above, a case vide FIR No. 199/18, U/S 392/394/506/34 IPC, dated 17-07-2018 was registered at P.S Anand Parbat Delhi and investigation was taken up.
Team:-
A team led by ACP Patel Nagar Rohit Rajbir Singh and consisting of Inspr. Kanwar Sain, ATO/Anand Parbat, SI Shiv Prakash, HC Balkishan, Ct. Sandeep, Ct. Rajbir, Ct. Ajay, and Ct Ravi Kumar was constituted to track down the assailants and  trace the robbed articles.

Investigation/ Interrogation:-
During the course of investigation, local area was scanned for footage from CCTVs, and local informers were deployed. During the course of investigation, a Police Mitra namely Farhan @ Nikki informed the police team about the assailants and their involvement in the crime. The facts of the police mitra were verified and information about the suspects was developed. During investigation, an information was received that one of the assailants is sleeping at footpath, Anand Parbat. Acting on the information, the police team immediately raided the area and apprehended the CCL who during examination informed that he alongwith his other accomplices has executed it. At his instance, other CCLs were also apprehended and weapon of offence as well as robbed mobile phone has been recovered.

Further examination/ investigation is being done.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp.
