ONE WANTED INTERSTATE SHARPSHOOTER ARRESTED

A WANTED INTERSTATE SHARPSHOOTER OF RAJESH BAWANA GANG ARRESTED!, 03 ATTEMPT TO MURDER CASES SOLVED, TWO PISTOLS ALONG WITH 15 CARTRIDGES RECOVERED

With the arrest of a notorious and dreaded criminal of Rajesh Bawana gang namely Hemant aka Bhushan (age 22 years) R/o VPO Dariyapur, P.S. Bawana, New Delhi, a team of Special Cell/South Western Range have solved 03 attempt to murder cases of PS Bawana and Jaferpur Delhi and recovered one semi automatic pistol along with 04 live cartridges & one Country made pistol (Katta) with 11 live cartridges from his possession.
TEAM & OPERATION:
 The Special Cell was working day and night to nab the budding hardcore criminals operating in various districts to restrict their nefarious designs. Hence, a team led by Inspector Vinay Kumar & Inspector Vijay Kumar consisting of ASI Shiv Kumar, HC Deepak Choudhary, Ct Kuldeep, Ct. Kishore, Ct Raj Hasan, Ct. Ajay, Ct. Sitender, under the guidance of Sh. Akhileshwar Swaroop Yadav, ACP/South Western Range of Special Cell was constituted tocollect specific inputs about the criminals involved in the above said cold blooded and heinous offences. Each of the team members was assigned specific tasks to work upon the same.
           On 05.01.2018, a secret information was received that accused namely Hemant @ Bhushan R/o VPO Dariyapur, P.S. Bawana, New Delhi, Age 22 yrs. who is the sharp shooter of Rajesh Bawana (Bawaniya) Gang and wanted in several attempt to murder cases of Delhi, will come at Sector 11, Rohini, Delhi to meet his brother Sumit. It was also informed that above wanted accused will be carrying illegal firearms in his possession. Accordingly, the above team swung into action and conducted a raid at Near Ganda Nala Pulia, Bawana road, Sector 11, Rohini, Delhi. After getting aware of presence of Police Party accused tried to flee from the spot after firing one round on the Police Party. But the active team members apprehended the accused without caring for their lives. On search, 04 live cartridges were recovered from semi automatic pistol carried and used by accused for firing upon Police Party and another country made pistol (katta) along with 11 live cartridges was also recovered from his carry bag at the spot. In this regard a case FIR No. 05/18 U/s 186/353/307 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, has been registered at PS Special Cell and investigation was taken up.
INTERROGATION:
During interrogation he disclosed that Rajesh Bawana who is running in Judicial Custody at Bhondsi Jail and to meet him, he regularly visit the Bhondsi Jail. During first week of October 2017 along with his associates Sahil aka Gapchu and Sumit aka Fimmy have some revenge with Monu Bajitpur.  On the pretext of that revenge they fired to eliminate Nishat aka Nishu who is the close friend and associate of Monu Bajitpur. A case vide FIR No. 413/17 dated 13.10.2017 u/s 307/34 IPC& 25/27 Arms Act was registered at PS Bawana, Delhi was registered at PS Bawana, Delhi in this respect.
He further disclosed that in October 2017, on the direction of Rajesh Bawana he along with his associates namely Sahil & Gaurav planned to shot dead Deepak aka Katia but due to mis-identification fired 5 rounds on an unknown person at Daurala Toll Tax. A case vide FIR No. 419/17 dated 22.10.2017 u/s 307/34 IPC& 27/54/59 Arms Act in this respect.
After one week of Daurala Toll Tax incident while he was going towards Village Katewada on bike along with his associate Sumit aka Fimmy, they found Sumit aka Sonu roaming in fields who is also a close friend and associate of Monu Bajitpur.  Found a golden opportunity to eliminate Sumit aka Sonu they fire on him. A case vide FIR No. 193/17 dated 20.10.2017 u/s 307/34 IPC& 25/27 Arms Act was registered at PS JaffarpurKalan, Delhi in this respect.
In order to take revenge from his rival Munia r/o Vill. Barona, PS Kharkhoda, Haryana, a sharp shooter of Neeraj Bawania gang, he went to his house but as Munia was not found present there so he fired at his younger brother Dinesh and his mother. In the said incident Munia’s younger brother Dinesh succumbed to injuries while his mother luckily survived. A case vide FIR No. 650/17, dated 07/12/2017 u/s 148/149/302/307/364 IPC and 25 Arms Act was registered at PS Kharkhoda, Haryana.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp.
