One Kidnapped Baby Girl of 1½ Year recovered within 30 hours

  • Three Kidnappers Vishal r/o Shahbad Daulat Pur, Fatima(Name changed 28-30 yrs) r/o vagabond and Rekha (Name changed 40 yrs) r/o vagabond  were arrested.
  • The kidnapped girl was rescued safely & successfully.

    With the arrest of 3 accused namely (i) Vishal r/o Shahbad Daulat Pur (23 year) (ii) Fatima (28-30 yrs) r/o vagabond and (iii) Rekha (40 yrs) r/o vagabond one kidnapping case of a baby girl of 1½ year was worked out and baby girl was rescued successfully.
Incident/ Brief facts:- Facts of the case are that one baby girl of age 1½ year was reported missing/kidnapped from Vijay Vihar Delhi on 08.09.2017 from 9 AM while she was playing outside her home. A case FIR under Section 363 IPC was registered on complaint of her father and investigation was taken up. Complainant works as carpenter. 
Team Investigation:-  Six teams comprising of Inspector Dinesh Kumar SHO/Vijay Vihar, SI Avdesh, HC Jitender Singh, HC Pardeep, HC Satyawan, Ct Ravinder, Ct Baljeet and other staff under the supervision of Ms Tanu Singh ACP/Rohini, were constituted to nab the accused and to trace kidnapped baby girl. Search was made. It was a blind case as the family neither have any photograph of the baby girl nor have any clue. CCTV cameras of locality were scanned. Search operation of the area was carried out on war footing. After continuous and tireless efforts for more than 30 hrs, the team recovered baby girl safely from the hideout of the kidnapper and the kidnappers were arrested.
Profile of accused:-

  1. Accused Vishal r/o Shahbad Daulat Pur age 23 years  hailing from MP. The kidnapper was earlier neighbour of  the victim family. He is a drug addict and beggar.
  2. Fatima (28-30 yrs)  r/o vagabond.
  3. Rekha (40 yrs) r/o vagabond.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru.
