A GANG OF ATM CHEATERS INVOLVED IN 200 CASES WHO COMMITTED TO LIVE LUXURIOUS LIFE AND TO EARN FAST MONEY ARRESTED

With the arrest of three notorious ATM cheaters namely (1) Amir S/o Abdul Sattar R/o Dabar Talab, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P aged 22 years (2) Munna Deswal S/o Irshad R/o Dabar Talab, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P aged 32 years and (3) Harun Ali S/o Shamshad Ali R/o Dabar Talab, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P  aged 32 years. Special Staff of North East District has done excellent work and have recovered 43 ATM Cards of different Banks and one stolen Motor cycle from their possession.

INFORMATION
Due to sudden spurt in the incidents of ATM Fraud by changing the ATM cards fraudulently on the pretext of help to withdraw money. A special drive against ATM Fraud was made in the area of North East District. Informers were deputed, dossiers of criminals of same modus oparendi were analyzed and a sharp vigil mounted on the activities of the criminals. The hard work of Spl. Staff/NE team bore results when on 31/08/2017 at about 1.00 PM, officials of Spl. Staff North East District were present at seelampur Chowk, Delhi, meanwhile, an information was received that three persons involved in several ATM Fraud cases would come Maujpur, Chowk, Delhi on a stolen Motor cycle pulsar 150 CC to meet someone. Acting upon the information police team laid down a trap at Maujpur Chowk, Delhi. At about 2.10 PM, at the instance of secret informer, the staff smartly and swiftly acted upon the information and stopped three persons on Pulsar M/Cycle. On enquiry, the M/Cycle was found stolen vide E-FIR 0249051/17, dated  05/08/2017, u/s 379 IPC,  PS-Gandhi Nagar.
TEAM
A team consisting of SI Ravi Kumar, ASI Jitendra Singh, HC Rajkumar, HC Md. Irfan, HC Bhullan Tyagi, Ct. Pardeep, Ct. Rajeev, Ct. Sanjay, Ct. Amit Giri under the leadership of Insp. Aishvir Singh I/C Special staff North East District and under the close supervision of Sh. Shashank Jaiswal, ACP/Operation Cell North-East District was formed.
INTERROGATION
Accused persons Amir S/o Abdul Sattar, Munna Deswal S/o Irshad and Harun Ali S/o Shamshad Ali were interrogated at length. The accused persons along with their associates committed ATM Fraud, they identified the victim and stood in ATM Kiosk queue behind the target and noted his password while customer filled the password for withdrawing money. Sometimes they made trick with ATM Kiosk, so that the ATM Machine would not function and customer is bound to take help to withdraw money, when the customer thought that ATM Machine is not working properly. When customer leave the ATM kiosk and then accused withdrew the money. They have cheated 200 persons by ATM Fraud. This gang operated East, Shahadra, North East District & other parts of boarding areas of Delhi.

(1)   Amir S/o Abdul Sattar R/o Dabar Talab, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P aged 22 years.  He studied upto 12th standard. He involved in the crime to live luxurious life and to earn fast money.
(2)  Munna Deswal S/o Irshad R/o Dabar Talab, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P aged
32 years. He studied upto 5th standard. He involved in the crime to live luxurious life and to earn fast money.
(3)   Harun Ali S/o Shamshad Ali R/o Dabar Talab, Loni, Gzb, U.P.  aged 32 years. He studied upto 7th standard. He involved in the crime to live luxurious life and to earn fast money.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-. He is a dreaded criminal of PS Shalimar Bagh and is involved in total 15 cases including two murders at PS Burari & Mandir Marg.
