A BLIND MURDER CASE OF P.S. NEW ASHOK NAGAR SOLVED TWO SUPARI KILLERS AND WIFE OF DECEASED WERE ARRESTED.

  • On 29/08/17 a missing report vide DD NO-10-A at 9.40 AM was lodged in police station New Ashok Nagar on the complaint of Sh.Surender Kumar brother of deceased Dharmender Kumar ,. He stated that his brother  Dharmender Kumar , R/o Janta Flat, Kondaly Delhi age-38 Yrs, who was a milk vender at Noida, U.P. found missing from his above mentioned house since 4 AM that day. While the police was in efforts to trace the missing person, Dead body of the deceased Dharmender Kumar R/o Janta Flat, Kondaly Delhi-96 was recovered on 31/8/17 from the Ganda Nala, MIG Flat, Mayur Vihar Phase-III, Delhi-96. His identification was done by complainant Sh. Surender Kumar. A case vide FIR No-509/17, U/s 302/201 IPC was registered and investigation was taken up. During the course of investigation of the case, it revealed that Sheela @Shalu wife of the deceased was in extra-marital relationship with one person. In which deceased was objecting. Therefore, Sheela @ Shalu hired a person namely Kanhia @ Krishna to kill her husband (deceased Dharmender) for the amount of 01 Lakh Rs and 40,000 Rs has already been paid as a token money to main master mind i.e. Kanhiya. Thereafter, Kanhiya has sent his two associates namely Pramod and Vivek along with weapon, both are residents of Agra UP, to kill the deceased. They committed the murder of the deceased as per conspiracy hatched by wife & two supari killers. All three accused persons including wife of the deceased were arrested in the above-said case and blood stained cloths of the accused along with weapon of offence have also recovered on the instance of the accused persons. Main Kanihiya @ Krishna is still at large. Team has been dispatched to arrest him.

RECOVERY
At the instance of the accused persons following articles were recovered as mentioned below:
  1. Blood stained cloths.
  2. Blood stained sleeper (Chappal).
  3. A knife (weapon of offence).
  4. Two Mobile Phones..

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
