ROBBERY WITH DJB DRIVER SOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS TWO BUDDING ROBBERS ARRESTED

ONE ROBBED MOBILE & ROBBED MONEY RECOVERED

The staff of Police Station Vikas Puri arrested two budding robbers and solved a robbery committed with a JCB Driver of Delhi Jal Board within 24 hours of its occurrence.  One stolen motorcycle used in commission of robbery, one mobile phone and robbed money have been recovered from their possession.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED:
  1. Bhawani Singh, Age-22 Years,  R/o Meera Bagh T- Huts, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
  2. Deepanshu, Age-20 Years, R/o T-huts, Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar New Delhi.
RECOVERY
1. One stolen Discover motorcycle used in Crime 
2. One Motorola stolen mobile 
3. Rs 700/-
CASES WORKED OUT:-

(1) E- FIR No. 4065/18 u/s 379 IPC   PS Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.
(2) E-FIR No. 872/18 u/s 379 IPC PS Vikas Puri New Delhi.
INCIDENT, ARREST & INTERROGATION:
On 11.10.2018, a PCR call regarding robbery was received in PS Vikas Puri. Complainant r/o District Bhagalpur, Bihar reported that he works as a JCB Driver in Delhi Jal Board, Vikas Puri.  Today, when he was going for nature call in the bushes near Ganda Nala, Vikas Puri, three 3 unknown persons suddenly came there and after choking him robbed away with Rs. 1700/- rupees, Aadhar Card  and some documents.  On this complaint, a case vide FIR No. 418/18 u/s 392/34 IPC dated 11.10.2018 was registered at Police Station Vikas Puri and investigation taken up.

Sensing the gravity of the crime, a police team comprising of SI Sachin Yadav, HC Pawan Kumar, Ct. Sunil, Ct. Kuldeep Singh under the leadership of Insp. Madhukar Rakesh, SHO/Vikas Puri and overall supervision of Sh. H.S.P. Singh, ACP/Tilak Nagar was constituted to identify and apprehend the criminals involved in this case. Sources were deployed in the areas and on a specific information received by Constable Sunil, a raid was conducted and both the criminals were arrested. 
During interrogation, both the accused admitted to have committed the robbery.  Both the accused also admitted their involvement in two cases of thefts committed in the area of Tilak Nagar and Vikas Puri.  At their instance, one motorcycle stolen from the area of Tilak Nagar and used in the recent incident of robbery, mobile phone stolen from the area of Vikas Puri and robbed money have been recovered from them.

Further interrogation is in progress to ascertain their other involvements.   The staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp.
