ACCUSED PERSONS OPENED FIRE IN THE DAY LIGHT TO CREATE TERROR IN THE AREA

BRIEF FACTS:

Exhibiting brilliant investigation skills and professional competence, the staff of P.S. Aman Vihar achieved a major success by apprehending the accused and solved attempt to murder case.
INCIDENT:

On 28.2.18, a PCR call regarding firing was received at P.S. Aman Vihar and the same was entrusted to SI Dinesh Kumar IC/PP Prem Nagar. On this SI Dinesh  along with Ct Rajender and Ct Rishi Pal reached at spot i.e near Masjid Bhagya Vihar, Prem Nagar and found that 3 injured persons namely Sunil, Bijender and Shish Pal have already been shifted to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital  and five empty cartridges were lying at the spot. On the statement of a lady(Complainant) met SI Dinesh, a case vide FIR No 162/18 u/s 307/506/34 IPC & 27/54/59 Arms Act was registered and investigation was taken up. All five empty cartridges were seized through seizure memo and MLCs of all three injured were obtained from the hospital.

TEAM & INVESTIGATION:
To nab the accused persons, a team comprising SI Dinesh, SI Naveen, Ct Rishi Pal  and Ct. Madan was constituted under the leadership of Insp. Harendra Singh, SHO/Aman Vihar and overall supervision of Sh. Aalap Patel, ACP/Sultan Puri, Outer District, Delhi. During the course of investigation it revealed that complainant and accused were having some property dispute. On the day of incident 4-5 persons came in the car and started firing. Sincere efforts were made to arrest the accused. Sources were deployed and local intelligence was developed. On 5.3.18 on the basis of secret information accused Ramesh @ Kala R/o village Madan Pur Dabas was arrested in this case and his discloser statement was recorded. At his instance offending vehicle Honda City was recovered. Magoli, close friend of accused Ramesh, along with others is absconding and evading arrest. Several teams have been made and despatched at different parts of U.P. and Haryana to arrest the remaining accused persons.

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized.
