They travelled in a car and targeted lone girls on the roadside and requested them for allowing to make a phone call on the pretext of emergency. They operated in the adjoining area of Delhi University and reportedly committed a dozen snatching in the past fortnight. Recovered 10 mobile phones and a car used in commission of crime.
