Notorious arms supplier Khazan Singh of Mathura, arrested. Huge cache of 17 sophisticated pistols alongwith 10 spare magazines recovered. A team of Special Cell, Southern Range led by Inspr. Shiv Kumar, under the supervision of Attar Singh, ACP has busted an interstate gun running racket by arresting a notorious arms supplier namely Khazan Singh aged 42 years r/o Mathura, UP. Fifteen (15) sophisticated pistols and two Revolvers, total 17 illegal sophisticated arms alongwith 10 spare magazines have been recovered from his possession at the time of his arrest near Ashram Chowk, Delhi on 25.03.18. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, gynecology workshops by the doctors of eminent hospitals viz. Max Hospital, Fortis Hospital, Park Hospital etc. were organized at all the ten Welfare Centers of PFWS.  The workshops were organized on 8 th and 9 th March, 2018.  The main objectives of these workshops were to educate the families (female members) of the police personnel with regard to maintain sanitation, hygiene and other gyne related issues.  As most of the female members feel shy to share such problems and issues with others, hence, a suitable platform has been provided to come forward and share their problems and to know appropriate redressal.   All the workshops received an overwhelming response and around 400 female members got benefited by the sharing of knowledge and clearing their doubts for gyne related issues. All these activities are in addition to our ongoing activities.
