Delhi’s most wanted four accused of murder cases arrested

  • Two carry Rs. 50,000 reward each and declared P.O. by the court.
  • 7 sophisticated fire arms, 72 live cartridges 20 mobile phones and one Scorpio car recovered.

With the arrest of following accused persons, Special Staff, South District have arrested four notorious criminals, two of them carry reward of Rs. 50,000/- each . They were wanted in murder cases of South, South East and North Districts of Delhi.

  1. Rohit Chaudhary s/o Devender Chaudhary r/o Phase-II, Post Office Road, Aaya Nagar, New Delhi Age-29 yrs.
  2. Ravi @ Gyaneshwar @ Jojo s/o Late Purushottam r/o Raigar Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Age-29 yrs.
  3. Anil Kumar s/o Late Kalicharan r/o Dakshinpuri, Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi. Age-30 yrs.
  4. Rajesh Kumar @ Raawan s/o Krishan lal r/o Dakshinpuri, Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi Age-30 yrs .

Action plan: The police team of Special Staff comprising SI Jeet Singh, SI Satendra Khari, SI Gyanender, SI Aditya Singh, ASI Bir Singh, ASI Vijay Kumar, ASI Ram KIshan, HC Ravinder, HC Vinay Kumar, Ct Pyar Singh, Ct. Kuldeep, Ct Sandeep, CT Naresh and Ct Yogesh under the leadership of Inspr. Hira Lal I/C Special Staff, South District and Sh. Aditya Gautam, ACP (Prob.) under the supervision of Sh. Palvinder Singh Chahal, ACP/OPS/SD was formed.  An information was received on 28.11.2016 that four wanted criminals in murder cases would cross through Dera Village More near Mini Stadium in a white Scorpio Car at around 5 A.M. The police team swung into action and a trap was laid. The Scorpio was intercepted and stopped at sight and all four accused were arrested. A huge cache of illegal arms and ammunition was seized from them.

Profile of accused persons :

1. Rohit Chaudhary s/o Devender Chaudhary, aged-29 yrs, has graduated from Delhi University. At the time of pursuing his graduation, he came in contact with some anti-social elements of Dakshin Puri and started committing crimes. He has reward of Rs. 50,000/- on his arrest.  He is previously involved in the following cases :

  • FIR No. 374/2012 u/s 307 IPC P.S. Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi
  • FIR No. 59/2011  u/s 307 IPC P.S. Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi

2. Ravi @ Gyaneshwar @ Jojo s/o Late Purushottam is born and brought up in Delhi and studied upto 10th class. Initially, he learned Monographic Designing but he could not meet his ends and came in contact with some anti-social elements and started committing crimes.  He is previously involved in the following cases :

  • FIR No.259/2006 Dated 12.04.2006 u/s 399/402 IPC P.S. Kamla Market, Delhi

  • FIR No. 171/2008 Dated 26.09.2008  u/s 326/34 IPC P.S. Prasad Nagar, Delhi
  • FIR No.154/2009 Dated 15.08.2009 u/s 387/506/34 IPC P.S. Prasad Nagar, Delhi
  • FIR No.153/2009 Dated 15.08.2016 u/s 392/397/34 IPC P.S. Prasad Nagar, Delhi

3. Anil Kumar s/o Late Kalicharan is born and brought up in Delhi and studied upto 10th class. To meet his ends, he started plying school children to the school in a cab owned by him. But after some time, he came in contact with anti-social elements and started committing crimes. He has reward of Rs. 50,000/- on his arrest.  He is previously involved in the following cases :

  • FIR No.93/2011 Dated 31.03.2011 u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, P.S. Badarpur, Delhi

4. Rajesh Kumar @ Raawan s/o Krishan Lal is 30 years old and is born and brought up in Delhi. He studied up to 12th class. He was working with CGHS Dispensary, Sec-4, Pushp Vihar, Delhi, But he committed murder in 2006 in the area of P.S Ambedkar Nagar and in the jail, he met all his other associates. He is previously involved in the following cases :

Sagar @ Punter a sharp shooter of Naveen Khati Gang arrested

Two sophisticated pistols alongwith 9 cartridges recovered. A reward of Rs 50,000/- was declared by Delhi Police for his arrest. A team of Special Cell, Northern Range, led by Insp. Sanjay Nagpal, Inspr. Prabhat Kumar & Insp. Pankaj Kumar under the supervision of Shri Pankaj Sood, ACP has arrested sharp shooter of notorious and desperate gangster Naveen @ Khati namely  Sagar @ Punter, alongwith his associate Ravi @ Cheeru. Two pistols alongwith 9 cartridges were recovered from their possession.  A Bullet Motor-Cycle used by gangster has also been seized. HE ALLEGEDELY OPERATED INSIDE THE JAIL CARRYING REWARD OF Rs. 20,000/- District Anti Robbery Cell, NWD has nabbed a desperate extortionist namely Harsimran @ Badal @ Simran s/o Harvinder Singh r/o BK-1/103-A, East Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, who is gang leader of Harsimran @ Badal Gang and carrying reward of Rs. 20000/-. He is a dreaded criminal of PS Shalimar Bagh and is involved in total 15 cases including two murders at PS Burari & Mandir Marg.
