PROCLAIMED OFFENDER FORMER MAHAMANDALESHWAR @ SACHIDANAND @ BUILDER BABA ARRESTED BY THE POLICE OF NORTH EAST DISTRICT HIGHLIGHTS One Proclaimed Offender former Mahamandaleshwar arrested.
