TWO GANGSTERS ARRESTED BY IGIS/DWARKA

Accused were wanted in a broad daylight murder commited in Bahadurgarh, Haryana in December 2017.

• Accused were supplying illegal arms and ammunition to dreaded gangster Jitender@Gogi.
• One 0.32 bore pistol, one country made 0.315 bore pistol and nine live rounds recovered.
• One Swift car bearing fake number plate  recovered

INTRODUCTION:- The Inter-border Gangs Investigation Squad of the Crime Branch, Dwarka has busted the notorious Karmveer@ Kaala gang by arreseting the kingpin of the gang along with his close aide Nanha @ Kaala/. The arrested accused are:

1. Karamveer @ Kaala R/O Ghevra,  New Delhi Age-29 yrs
2. Nanha @ Kaala @ Mohd. Faizaan R/O JJ Savda Colony, New Delhi Age -28 yrs.     

Both of them carrying a reward of Rs. 50,000/- each from Haryana Police.

TEAM & OPERATION

The IGIS, Crime Branch, Dwarka had arrested two henchmen and close associates of dreaded Karamveer @ Kala gang of Delhi viz. Pawan@ Chachi and Pintu@ Sumit @ Dhola , who were involved in several cases of attempt to murder and shootouts. Both the accused were closely associated with Karamveer @Kaala and had disclosed that Karamveer @ Kaala is providing illegal Arms and ammunitions to dreaded ganster Jitender @ Gogi’s gang. The team swung into action and accelerated its efforts to nab Karamveer @ Kaala. HC Suraj Dagar and HC Amit Kumar posted in Inter-border Gangs Investigation Squad of the Crime Branch received secret information that the accused persons would go to meet his associate in Village Dhool Siras via Golf Course Road, Dwarka. This information was further developed and a team of Crime Branch under supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh and ACP Aditya Gautam, led by Insp. Sunil Jain comprising of SI Satendra Khari, SI Sanjay Kumar, ASI Hari Om, ASI Baburam, HC Suraj Dagar , HC Sandeep Nara Ct. Deepak Gulia and Ct. Amit Kumar was constituted to nab the criminals. The Crime Branch team laid a trap near expected place of their arrival. When the accused were spotted in the Swift car, they were signalled to stop but accused persons drove away and tried to flee. They were trailed and during the chase, accused moved towards the Najafgarh Drain adjoining Radha Swami Satsang Crossing, Dwarka Sector 20, Delhi but their car broke down. The accused alighted from the car and whipped out a loaded pistol and a country made 0.315 bore pistol (Desi Katta) and pointed towards the raiding team. Showing examplary courage, HC Suraj Dagar and HC Amit Kumar overpowered both the accused before they could fire on the raiding party. On interrogation, the accused persons confessed to their involvement in the crimes. Subsequently, they were arrested under appropriate sections of law. Both the accused carry a reward of Rs. 50,000/- each on them declared by Haryana Police for their arrest as they had been absconding after a brutal murder.

INTERROGATION & DISCLOSURE

Karamveer @ Kaala

Accused Karamveer @ Kaala was interrogated at length. Initially he tried to mislead the police but at last he confessed that close associates of Jitender @ Gogi viz. Kuldeep @ Fajja R/O Naya Baans, Bahadurgrah, Haryana and Gulshan @ Gullu R/O Alipur village, Delhi had shared the same barrack in the jail and through them he came in contact with Jitender @ Gogi. Karamveer @ Kaala was lodged in the jail in connection with a murder he commited in 2012 in the area of P.S Mundka. Karamveer @ Kaala sudied upto 7th class. He was not good in studies and dropped out only to get associated with anti-social elements. In 2012, he along with his associates killed one Sandeep @ Bittu, resident of his own village i.e. Ghevra, owing to his personal enmity with him. In this case accused Nanha @ Kaala was also arrested. He was acquitted in this case by the court and came out of jail in December 2017. After coming out jail he met Kuldeep @ Fajja, who had jumped parole in 2017 and had joined Jitender @ Gogi gang again. Karamveer @ Kaala started supplying illegal arms and ammunition to Jitender @ Gogi. Since his close aide Nanha @ Kaala had very good contacts with the suppliers of illegal arms based there, he had no hurdles in procuring these illegal arms.

Karamveer @ Kaala further disclosed that while he was in jail his rivals attacked his mother brutally in 2015. His mother survived the injuries but her left hand had to get amputated. Mintu his brother Sanchit, Sanjay @ Maange  and Sonu @ Lala had hatched this conspiracy and all were later arrested in the case except Sanjay @ Maange as he was not identified. In January 2017, Sanjay @ Maange was murdered by Nanha @ Kaala and two other persons viz. Gadku and Current both R/O Pipli Village, Sonepat, Haryana at his own house in Ghevra in the presence of his wife and thus took revenge for the attack on his mother. In continuation to this, Nanha @ Kaala roped in Monu, brother-in-law of Karamveer @ Kaala and they both murdered Mintu on 5th  December 2017 at Bahadurgarh Bus Stand in broad daylight. Monu was arrested on the same day and upon his dislosure Karamveer @ Kaala was booked for criminal conspiracy and Nanha @ Kaala for murder. Since then both were evading their arrest in this case and joined hands with the gangster Jitender @ Gogi. Karamveer @ Kaala also roped in Pawan @ Chachi r/o Delhi and Pintu @ Sumit @ Dolla r/o District Jhajjar, Haryana in his criminal activities.

Nanha @ Kaala @ Mohd. Faiz

He disclosed that he used to drive Gramin Sewa passenger vehicle owned by Karamveer @ Kaala. On some issue he along with Karamveer @ Kaala and others had murdered one Sandeep @ Bittu in 2012 with whom Karamveer @ Kaala was having some personal enmity. He came out of jail in 2016 and formed a gang on the instance of Karamveer @ Kaala. All activities of this gang were closely supervised by Karamveer @ Kaala himself. On the instance of Karamveer @ Kaala, one Sanjay @ Maange R/O Auchandi Village, Bawana, Delhi was murdered by Nanha and others. In this murder, as disclosed by Nanha @ Kaala, Karamveer’s wife played a pivotal role by honey-trapping Sanjay @ Maange and on some pretext calling him to Karamveer’s house at Ghevra where Nanha @ Kaale, Gadku and Current R/O Sonepat, Haryana killed him in the presence of Karamveer @ Kaala’s wife and disposed off his body in a canal near Sonepat and abondoned his Santro car there as well. Thereafter, on the instance of Kramaveer @ Kaala, he along with Monu, brother-in-law of Karamveer @ Kaala killed Mintu R/O Rani Kheda on 5th  December 2017 at Bahadurgarh Bus Stand in broad daylight. Monu was arrested on the same day and upon his dislosure Karamveer @ Kaala was also booked for criminal conspiracy and Nanha @ Kaala for murder. Since then, both were evading their arrest in this case.

Investigation:

Upon investigation, it was found that Sanjay @ Maange R/O Bawana, New Delhi was found missing since 15.01.2017. His missing report was lodged by his parents at P.S. Bawana on the same day and since then there were no whereabouts of him.

   To avenge the attack on Karamveer @ Kaala’s mother, Mintu, who was actively involved in this case, was murdered on the instance of Karamveer @ Kaala.
