CASE OF KIDNAPPING OF P.S. KANJHAWALA IN OUTER DISTRICT HAS BEEN WORKED OUT WITH RESCUE OF A MINOR AND ARREST OF TWO ACCUSED.
With the arrest of two accused persons and rescue of one kidnapped girl,  after an extensive search operation conducted in Dera Bassi, Punjab, the Outer District Police has worked out a case of kidnapping of Police Station - Kanjhawala registered u/s 363 IPC, dt.14/06/2018.
INCIDENT:
On 14/06/2018, on the complaint of one woman R/o Delhi, aged 40 years, a case of kidnapping vide FIR No.191/18, u/s 363 IPC was registered in PS Kanjhawala stating therein that one Sanjit, had kidnapped her daughters, aged 14 years and aged 16 years at 4.00 AM. Accordingly, without wasting time, a team was constituted to conduct an extensive search of the girls as well as accused Sanjit Ram in the locality.
TEAM CONSTITUTED:
A police team comprising ASI Sukhbir No.344/OD, ASI Jitender No.342/OD and HC Rahul Kumar No.1148/OD was formed under the leadership of Inspr. Nageen Kaushik (SHO Kanjhawala) and overall supervision of Sh. Gaurav Gupta (ACP/Mundaka) to investigate the matter in Delhi as well as in other States to find out the whereabouts of missing girls and accused Sanjit Ram.


INVESTIGATION:
During the course of investigation, a comprehensive exercise was executed by the investigation team in different parts of Delhi and other suspected places out of Delhi on the instance of the complainant to trace out the missing girls. Accordingly, a number of suspects were interrogated and the mobile phone of suspect Sanjit Ram was traced. The location of mobile phone was traced active at Dera Bassi in Punjab. Therefore, immediately, the teams were constituted to make a comprehensive search of missing girls in Dera Bassi. On individual search of factories and houses in Dera Bassi for more than 8 hours, one girl aged 16 years was rescued and suspect Sanjit Ram, R/o District Madhubani, Bihar was apprehended. During further investigation, it was revealed that both the missing girls are not real daughters of complainant but are daughters of sister of complainant and their parents had already expired. It was also revealed that both these girls had left the house on different dates, i.e. one (14 years) on 24.05.2018 with unknown person and other (16 years) on 14.06.2018. But the report was lodged by the complainant on 14.06.2018 for kidnapping of both the girls. The statement of the rescued girls reveals that the complainant’s husband used to molest her and stated that she had gone with the accused due to bad behavior of her uncle (Mausa). In her statement, she has confirmed the allegations  regarding molestation against her Mausa. After her statement, accused  aged 40 years (Mausa of the girl) has also been arrested accordingly.

           Further investigation is in progress.
